Why am I not receiving replies to my emails?
We aim to get back to all customer queries within one working day. So, if you haven’t received a reply from us within this timeframe then we would suggest you check your spam folder.
Unfortunately, spam filters may occasionally put legitimate emails into your spam folder (even if we are replying directly to an email you sent us). Here are the things you can try if you find our emails are hitting you spam or junk folder:
- Mark Emails as ‘Not Spam’
If you find missing emails in your spam or junk folder you can mark them as ‘not spam’ – depending on your email provider this could be a checkbox on the email or by manually moving them into your inbox. - Mark us as a safe sender
Set up the customersupport@kingsbridge.co.uk email address as a safe sender. Many email providers allow you to do this by saving this email address as a contact. - Set up rules
Set up rules to ensure that any emails from customersupport@kingsbridge.co.uk go straight into your inbox (this should override the spam filters). Many email providers allow you to create your own rules to ensure emails act the way you want them to.
